Hi All! Everything continues to roll along smoothly; however, we just wanted to post about some updates made to the servers today. Some security processes were beefed up that may affect your ability to FTP into your website. If you forget the password for your FTP account on several occasions, you may be blocked from further attempts. If this should happen to you, don't panic...just drop us a support ticket and we'll get you fixed up. We've also added some additional spam blacklist sources that should further clamp down on well-known spam sources. This update should not affect your normal email service, but you may notice a reduction in the amount of spam that reaches your inbox...a good thing! That's all! We hope everyone has a great 2010!
